Agreement to Billing Terms

By submitting an order on meysis.com, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete. These billing terms work alongside our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Meysis accepts your order when it is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or pricing errors.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout. Standard shipping is free within the United States.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, occasional errors in price or product information can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Order Changes

Because orders are processed within 1 business day, changes to items, quantity, or the shipping address must be requested as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be modified and our Refund & Return Policy applies.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution and may result in the order being placed on hold. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting documentation, including order records and delivery confirmation.

Fraud Prevention

Orders are screened for fraud indicators. We may request additional verification, such as confirmation of the billing address, before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded in full.

Recurring Charges

Meysis does not offer subscriptions or automatically recurring billing. You are only ever charged for the orders you place.

Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, we may suspend further orders on the account and pursue recovery of the amount owed, including reasonable collection costs.

Governing Law

These billing terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
