Responsible Disclosure

Meysis takes the security of our customers’ data seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on meysis.com, we would like to hear from you and we appreciate the work of the security research community.

How to Report

Send your report to info@meysis.com with the subject line “Security Report”. Please include:

– A clear description of the issue and its potential impact
– The URL, endpoint, or page where it occurs
– Step-by-step instructions to reproduce it
– Screenshots, request logs, or proof-of-concept where applicable
– Your name or handle, if you would like to be credited

Our Response

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, keep you updated as we investigate, and let you know once the issue is resolved. Please allow us a reasonable period to remediate before any public disclosure.

Please Do

– Test only against accounts and data that belong to you
– Stop as soon as you have confirmed a vulnerability exists
– Report the issue promptly and keep details confidential until it is fixed

Please Do Not

– Access, modify, or delete data belonging to other customers
– Run denial-of-service, spam, or high-volume automated scanning against our site
– Use social engineering, phishing, or physical attempts against our staff or facilities
– Publicly disclose the issue before it has been resolved

Out of Scope

Reports that are generally out of scope include missing best-practice headers with no demonstrated impact, self-XSS, rate-limiting on non-sensitive endpoints, issues that require a fully compromised device, and vulnerabilities in third-party services we do not control.

Safe Harbor

If you make a good-faith effort to comply with this policy, we will not pursue legal action against you for your research, and we will work with you to understand and resolve the issue quickly.

Fraud & Phishing Reports

If you receive a suspicious email or see a site impersonating Meysis, please forward the details to info@meysis.com so we can take action. See also our Authorized Retailer & Authenticity page.
