Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from Meysis. Our equipment is intended for adult use only and must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer manual and applicable local regulations.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Products & Descriptions

We work to describe our ride-on lawn mowers, pressure washers, chainsaws, and generators as accurately as possible, including specifications, engine ratings, and included accessories. Images are for illustration; minor variations in color, packaging, or hardware may occur as manufacturers update their designs. Specifications published by manufacturers are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Ordering and payment terms are set out in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

Safe Use of Equipment

Power equipment can cause serious injury if used improperly. You are responsible for reading the manufacturer manual, using appropriate protective equipment, and following all safety instructions — including fuel handling, ventilation requirements for generators, and chain tension and kickback precautions for chainsaws. Never operate a generator indoors or in an enclosed space.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site’s operation, to scrape content in bulk, or to resell products as an unauthorized dealer.

Intellectual Property

All content on meysis.com, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and layout, is the property of Meysis or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of any product purchased through it, including property damage or loss of use resulting from improper operation.
